Steve,

I weighed it a couple of times, but the weights were way apart from each other(6550 and 6950). Not sure which weight was close. I'm guessing 6700 or so. It's a crew cab without any radical weight loss(just unboltable stuff)

Tranny is still working great also:ylsuper:

Thanks, I'm trying to get a handle on all the different weights being reported. My CC dually comes in at 7350 with 1/4 tank of fuel and its dead stock. Nick's comes in at 7300 and his is a CC just like yours but he has added enough stereo to sink a battle ship while yet others report CC single axle truck up at near 8000. Trying to figure out where all the weight is hiding in some trucks or is it just the scales being used?

He would take the current fuel only (at least what has been posted in CCSB, not a RC race truck) fastest pass and be #6 on the overall list I would think.

But, ya gotta be a member to get on the list....

Just think when he gets some fuel put to it. Comparing his truck to mine, is like comparing a F-18 to a Cessna.

I never said it was not. What I am saying is Tomac runs 12 flats on fuel right now and possibly 11's even with some new tweaks on his rig. Which would push out the LLY.

The list does not have Buck's or No Limit's fuel only times, which I would expect to be better than Tomacs based on their current mods and weights.

Michael has me by a bit, no doubt.

LLY's seem to be easy to get to go fast though. I have a lot less than $8,000 in my truck including tranny, turbos, tuning, etc.

Still an everyday driver(my only ride), plows snow, drives kids to school, tows campers/boats. Got to love the duramax.
 
Update McRat went 12.25 @ 111 on #2 at LACR :woohoo:

No weight reduction and a full tank of fuel
 
Fastest fuel only run was only 12.87 @ 105.42 with the Aurora 5000. But that was at 5860ft uncorrected elevation with stock sticks and Steve's programming.

I've got a new motor, twin CP3, 2 stage nitrous, small injectors sitting in the garage right now, so hopefully I'll have some faster times here soon.

Tuning for big shots of drugs doesn't work for #2 only engines usually.

You need "flexible" tuning to run fast both ways.
