Fathers day Pull in CERES, CA

pull turned out good.

A lot of good running trucks. A grey 2nd gen won the extreme class.

Just wanted to say thanks to everybody who helped with the blown freeze plug.

Is there a video of this gray 2nd gen?

Your pull looked good JP, where did you place?

There's no video, but thats my buddy's truck that he reps. are shop standard cab single turbo runs good, he's been pulling for years but hasn't for a couple but hes back in action and gonna step it up big this year congrats to Cody Hill...

friday bunch of the shop trucks are gonna pull in willits ca. just north of ukiah should be fun!!!!

Looked like fun congrates to the winners.

Looks like Chelle is becoming quit the film exspert :Cheer: love those vids.

I wish VTPA would make three classes and do some tecking though.

Drake I didn't see cody's run do you have the video? is it the new motor?

Just a heads up guy's I saw a few trucks in those video's that didn't have the exhaust pionted straight up or down, it needs to be if you plan on pulling with MLM. A simple 90 degree elbow from the local exhaust shop works great.

Oh Cody's truck. Are they allowing nitrous at Ceres this year? Or has his setup changed.

Ya I thought it was cody's truck. L&L has always allowed nitrous, but Drake told me Cody has a whole new setup including new motor and I'm pretty sure it's fuel only, too bad nobody got video of it.

I'll get video of it up in a little while.

gotta go play with a ford for a minute.

new motors still in the works, It's still the same 260,000 mile motor lol and running like hell maybe 290,000 miles

that 12 valve runs very healthy, especially for pushin 300k! Looks pretty cool too.

hey jp did you take 2nd? you pulling in sonora?

I'm not sure where i placed--probably 3rd--I was more concerned with taking care of the truck after the pull. Gonna have to make some power above 3200 rpms if I want to stay competitive. I'm getting rid of the claws, going with something a little bit more mild.

I wish albert would have hooked. He had his tires squashed, I bet it was going to do good.

i was real cerious on how albert was going to do with that set up. i think he whould have done real well, but then again a lot of other trucks suprised the heck out of me out there

Jeez, someone must be made of money....just kiddin' JP:hehe:.....so what's the deal? Why did you not like the claws? I'm tellin' ya, STSs are where it's at, they just seem to give the best bite on the track without digging a huge hole for the rear tires to plow through. I cannot wait till Gustine to try out my new front shoes.......:rockwoot:
