Finally was able to get the truck over the 700hp mark. Did 705hp on Wednesday afternoon with some help from Marco. A special thanks to Eric and crew at LCD for letting me get some tuning time by Marco. Also a special thanks to Marco, Bob, Rip for all the help and a great product and Thanks to John at Floor It for getting me a bad ass pump. 705 was with Smarty on 7 and a Quad boost fooler, No pressure box. I have the fuel for a lot more now I just need more air. Thanks to Les for the competition to the 700 mark, allways figured you would have gotten there before me.

Flux 3.3, 64/71/14, Floor It stg 4, Smarty TNT-R, Second gen ATS manifold, Fass 150, Banks Highram intake. I also have a DR. P pressure box but it wasn't used, I am already way overfueling the turbo and I am sure my drive pressure is really high. Just trying to figure out what to do about more air.

nice numbers bro....think real hard and i bet you can figure your tubo issue out....

How much boost did you hit on the 705 run? That's a lot of horsepower for a 64mm compressor!

Thanks guys. Boost was 54, 55 psi and I think the DP is very high and was pushing the gate open. I used to run without a boost fooler but anythine over mid 40's would defuel without my pressure box on. I have thought about twins and also have been thinking about a s4?? as a single with an external gate.

The htt 64 can run 1:1 at 53 psi. I have not been able to manage more than the 53 mark yet. Turning the screw any more for me currently next less boost and more drive 50/60)

not sure what 180 is in flux land but its near a flux 3.8??!?

I new the 64s can hit 700!

Here is the dyno sheet. The first run is on 9. The second runs is sw7. Third was sw 7 with the boost elbow open. Fourth run is the modified sw7 with the boost elbow closed. I saw 54psi on the 4th run and have seen as high as 60psi. On the fourth run the egt's hit 1400. On the first run the egt's hit 1500.
Seeing those temps on the dyno tells me that I need more air, when I go race this thing I will be 1800 plus by the end of the quarter.:badidea:

That's 50hp across the entire rpm band.. picked up more even on the top end. If you kept your pulls all to 4000rpm, it looks like it may have been a 100hp increase at 4000rpm! That's insane!

Yeah, custom tuning isn't needed. :)

Your software 7 vs 9 run kinda agrees with my butt dyno. 9 comes in much harder and helped my 330' at the track going from 7 to 9. On the street 7 fees like it pulls so much better over 3200, but takes it's sweet time getting a move on.
