What's the sound liner on the bottom of the hood? it make a difference?

I cant remember the brand, and I cant say for sure it makes a difference since it has only ever been ran with it. It is nice and quiet though so I would assume it is doing its job.

Here ya go. I forgot to take one with the top turbo off, but you get the idea. Its tight. Oh and I forgot the manifold is built short and drilled and tapped for studs, no bolt on the back side at all.

Im gona have alot of questions coming your way. I already have twins on my fummins but plane on getting a manifold and external gate this winter.

Ok really better pics now. Pulled the top turbo again so it could be changed as well as the bottom when Jose gets it built.
