get your calenders marked for the June 5th Buckeye Diesel Blast

Is NADM still going to run 1/8 mile in prostreet in 2010? We'd love to make this but it's scheduled the same day at the Indy FASS event so can't make both. Guess we'll catch NADM in SLC at the Edge event.

You have plenty of time to change your schedule.

You have plenty of time to change your schedule.

TS, Buck & Jess's Outer Banks Bash, Indy, Billings that's the trip. If one of the events were scheduled a week earlier or later we'd be there. But not scheduling on events on the same day when they are as close as they are so people who want to attend both can I guess is too much to ask. We'll see you guys at The Edge. Have fun.

Sorry to miss you but I think it was the other way around on scheduling my friend. It sounds like you could easily make the April 17 Rockingham or June 26 date in Muncie!

Maybe next year, hopefully more Pro Street trucks will be built out West!

When has the Indy event normally been scheduled??? How many years has the Ohio race been going on???

You make it sound like it just across the street. Muncie is out due to having a race in Billings most likely on the same day. Can't do Rockingham because of an NHRDA race in Boise last date suggested was April 25.

We will be going back and leaving the truck and trailer there and flying back and forth. For me it's 335 miles from here to Boise, then another 1900 to Bowling Green, 706 on to Creswell, NC, 817 back to Indy, 1406 on to Billings and then 620 back to Boise and another 335 on home. That a lot of miles and fuel, not counting the cost of air flights back and forth and meals hotels ect, it's a huge ass expense but we are committed to doing it at least this once. We also have to travel with all the spares we could possibly need in case we break. All that isn't cheap and it all on our dime, no one footing the bill but us at least not yet.

As far as prostreet trucks out west, there should be at least 3 more that I know of. A couple of prostock truck too if they ever decide to finish and race them.

You never answered my question are you still racing 1/8 mile in Prostreet?

Actually the original Indy date was end of June which is what we moved the Muncie event to and it has been different every year in it's history if you want to know!

I think this has been gone over before and good luck to you wherever you go and compete!

1/4 mile out west - 1/8 mile out east - the boys back here have different requests! We try and please the competitors anyway we can!

Just back from the Murfreesboro, Tennessee pull, could not believe the chatter about NADMs event in Columbus Ohio!! And the thank yous for bringing back Thunder in Muncie. Going to be a great year!!:cheer:

Did a little research and you are right, prior ot 2007 it was the end of June, been the first weekend since. Anyway, nothing can be done now, probably not going to impact the pullers much, pullers don't have to get too far away from home due to all the pulls that are run most every weekend. It does hurt the drag racers, not that many and hurts more to spread them out.

We'll run 1/8 mile at Buck and Jess's race because it's an 1/8 mile track. Still don't get the 1/8 prostreet mentality with the eastern Cummins guys, especially on a 1/4 mile track. Don't buy any of the arguements, it's not a real drag race on a good 1/4 track unless bad track conditions dictate a shorter track. Whatever....

Didn't see that and went back through to find it and still didn't see it. I guess I'm blind.

Here is the flyer for his Dyno - brand new - Scott is booked solid this year with it! Dynos up to 2000 HP! Bring it on!

track conditions are one factor. It's my understanding the reason is, they're able to make more runs with less cool down time, it's less stress on parts and they don't break as often. It also helps to keep speeds down as some are able to go quite fast by the time they're through the traps.

I prefer the 1/4 myself but, I'm not running PS

That dyno looks just like the one that Brett @ TnT had for sale. I hope they can get the dyno to more events than they could get their race truck too. Thanks Steve B.

That is TNT's old dyno. Mass Diesel bought it from them.

National Trail is a great track I have raced there many times at the Mopar Nationals . I am planning on making it. I can't wait to do some of that 12.00 racing again.

Steve B Just because I dont get on here and post every time the truck goes out doesnt mean it doesnt. Was it out much in 2008-2009 no because my wife had kidney issues so the last thing on my mind was a race truck was more on my family!!!!
