gt42

Thats a darn good charger. My buddy runs one. Got him an exhaust housing from Columbus and it made it even better. If I ever run a 3'' charger thats what it will be.
 
Got a ball bearing one on my 4bt. It spools nice but not the flow of an s400. How do you like it?
 
i havent gone to far with it yet it still has no downpipe but that will be done today and let you guys know
 
ya i am an it runs way good it pulls way harder than a 66 but it does lag a little more but i like it excited to try an dyno it an load it up at the light

damn !! I ran a powermax Stg 3 last summer which is a Gt 37 with a big exaust housing and between the moment I floor it and the moment it light up, I had time for a beer !!! Lots of air flow but, no drivability. People were looking at me just like I was an ALIEN cause of the 5 gallon of black unburnt fuel behind me !

I hope that a Gt 42 spool faster then my Gt 37 ! Let me know
 
I was speaking about the GT4202, and talking about sled pulling. Those are a bit big to daily drive. $.02

What?? Stage 3 was laggy? That thing spooled like stock, even with 35's and a TIGHT conveter!

GT42 won't spool anywhere near that fast, like spooling around 21-2300RPM. Not fun for Daily driving!

ill agree w/ that, more like 2400. I like mine on the street though, i have traction again.

now if i could just get the damn thing to stop surging, maybe because the s400 varient flows a bit more than the gt42?
