Hazelwood,IN Truck Pulls

i think they are using the fastline express sled thats what has been for the past 2 yrs
 
wow, did anyone get friday night on tape? if so post it up, that was quite a show even though it was rained out, tractors were breaking everywhere, bucking down the track, broke away from the sled and trailer break away didn't work... bustin front and rear wheels off. lol. please tell me somebody got it on tape.

the track looked pretty bumpy.
 
Keep us posted if it didnt get too much rain and its still going to be happening!

they shouldn't have any problem gettin the track ready tomarrow as long as the sun comes out.

Yes it was quite a show... it was crazy!!! Of course, after a couple hooks of that stuff i decided to unload the truck and weight it up, then the storm headed for us, kinda figured it looked like it would blow over, then as it looked almost past us it just dumped forever. Wound up loading back up in the rain after waiting an hr or two for them to call it, and they refunded entries.
Was going to go to Scottsburg Saturday but looks like i may have changed my mind to go back to Hazelwood. Expensive hook though, $35 a hook. Well expensive to me, i'm used to 20 and 25 a hook around here.

Anyway i'll look for you guys there and i HOPE House is gonna be there!!! But then i don't wanna lose to a Stroke!!! haha at least if i do its a sweet one!
I'm running 5" stacks in the bed again cuz Scottsburg wasn't going to allow the hoodstack. if we get bored we might throw the hoodstacker back on just cuz but idk its a buncha trouble to go to lol....

Just talked Dustin at Hazelwood and he said hell or high water they'll have a pull tonight. WooHoo.
 
yup said there working the track currently.. but the pits are gonna suck ass.. beter get there early for good parking..lol

After last nights mudfest/pits I don't think they is gonna be any good spots. I have to say they done a great job getting us all hooked out of there last night during the storm.
 
So where are all the ITPA trucks gonna pull tonight, Hazelwood or Clay City? I'm trying to figure out which one to go to.

From what I've heard both. They'll be cutting it close though.
 
congrats to jneal, nice hooks. I love to hear that cheetah 71mm. I want something like that for my dodge but the ol Fleece boys want a little more than I would want to pay for it, of course the Isuzu/Duramax/diesel chargers tend to cost a little more than one for an ol 12v.

was it just me or were they running 2.6 with 2.8? was that what that argument was about with the dude from danville performance sorry i don't know his name. its the red crew cab shortbed, ohio plate.

other than that great pull guys, gettin bigger every year.
