Ran this at LCD event this morning. P-pump conversion, CDS 13mm pump, 181dv's,Mach 7's, #100 plate less than 1/4 forward.

No kidding! Nice Ron!! I didn't realize you were near the bay area or I would have had to meet up when I was out there last.

Fred Huber(Offshoreracr) was over 700 on fuel alone with Mach 7's and a VP44 using a B1-B2 combo at one of our shows.

That a dang good number bro!

Jim
I haven't run this setup on the dyno and it was terrible. It just sat there trying to get over the hump at about 20psi. Once the afc started moving it took off ok, but for a minute i thought i was going to have to get out and push.

If the turbos don't just jump right up you may very well have to lighten up on the spring or tension to get them to respond, I too had to do that this weekend as I didn't have enough low end fuel to spool the turbo. I could stomp on it with no smoke till the turbo lit, it caused a lag in it so I added one round of no boost fuel......cured, snaps now and no big smoke....we never quit learning!

I saw 635 hp on fuel only on a VP SO pumped truck. I dont know if they are M7 though . I just know Don just did the injectors. It was Diesel Freaks Truck

Very Nice !!!

224 DynoJet ?

Hmmm....
Seems no answer for you on that one Coop.....

Is Lloyds dyno a 224? I'm pretty sure it isn't a 248. But I didn't ask...

Ron...Your injectors are set for the lower pop-off pressure right??

First time that ^^ gets driven will be in the rain....good thing it's insured. LOL

I'm anxious to try again on another dyno to double check. I was suprised at the number, but I guess it is possible. This new pump puts out about the same fuel with the plate back as my 12mm did plate forward. CDS says 550cc at the rear, 750cc at the front. I am running smaller delivery valves than they used to set it up, but my plate is slightly forward(around 1/4 of the way). I am running 5 degrees more timing than before and a larger primary. I saw 711hp with my old setup (same secondary, S480, and my 887 pump that was supposed to be around 575cc). On that run I saw about 65psi total with about 32-35psi out of my S480. With the new setup I saw just over 70 psi total with 40psi out of my GT4718(88mm inducer). Much less rack travel, 5 degrees more timing, more air. We'll see what happens when I give it a chance to stretch it's legs.
