i think my trucks a lemon for making power

well went and dyno'd today best it got was 585. which isnt bad but 115 from my goal. im starting to lose hope in this thing no matter what i do it just wont make more power. im running a 6 blade race covered S472/83/.91, ddp4's with sac nozzles, maxed out 12mm pump (628cc's), 181's, 25* timing, mild port job on head, a killer b cam. the truck runs great just doesnt make power like i want. and im starting to give up. anyone got some ideas here? something im missing?
 
It's a 12v. A smaller charger will make bigger dyno numbers. Or bigger injectors with nos. Currently you are not lighting the charger.
 
it takes off hard at 23-2500, with my gate set at 55 psi it made 560, with it at 70psi it made 585. its deffinitly spooled.
 
and im goin for fuel only, i no this is possible and feel like i have it there just wont make it on paper
 
i dont have the sheets, and we were starting the run at 2300 @30 psi of boost, and it jumped up to 585 around 2800 and carried it within 20-30 hp till i let off around 4000. ya we did one run at that boost. i was more worried about a hg.. lol
 
btw this thing smokes so freakin bad its almost rediculous, doesnt clean up at all, it might acutally get thicker haha. im lost with this thing

I think that most of your power will be found in the pump. Lots of fuel and air doesn't necessarily mean power if it's not handled right.
 
Guarantee my old truck beat ya in terms of not making power LOL

Get a better lift pump setup first. And just tune, tune, tune. Plus like the others said, when did your turbo light off?
 
im starting the run at 30 psi of boost so its already lite. some people say i need one some dont, its next on my list forsure tho.
