I want my truck to do this

one of our trucks does that really bad. its easy to do but not good on that turbo. ours is a 00 24v straight piped k&n cold air. and you got to have some way of fueling it so the boost comes up higher than normal via just about any chip or programer out there. Ive noticed also the surge gets louder with smaller exhaust. we had a set of 6" stacks on ours and could still hear it just not as high of pitch.

but like i said stock hx35s were not designed for high boost levels.
 
I see i dont want any damage to my turbo but im guessin you'd have to get some good #'s on boost i can get mine to thirty or s
 
71mm turbine has the sweetest turbine sound I've heard on these trucks.

The PS71 I put on mine makes me say the same thing every time I drive it.Now that the air is cold the sweet music coming from the under hood area is even more easily heard and can cause a guy to just turn his stereo off completely,LOL.Actually for winter I placed the dry media filter on and put the lid on my Stage 2 AFE and figured it would quiet down some,but,nope its just as loud or louder.....Andy
