I'm in the 10s now! :)

Here's the dyno video:

the 3500tq run, the tach sensor fell off, so ignore that.

Dyno couldn't apply any load, so there's that... but anyhow...

Truck trapped 127 pretty consistently at the last event. We'll see what the additional fueling will do this weekend :)

What's the weight of the truck?

our local "cat scales" showed it at 5700 with me in it. I'm not entirely sure how accurate that is, but it is what I have....

The cornerscales I have access to advertise a maximum of 1500lb per pad, so the front of the truck would exceed that, i suspect. Not willing to risk a $1000 set of scales to find out...

You can use two scales under each of the front tires. The cat scales should be calibrated and accurate though.

Added a little more fueling, and did this this weekend:

The 60ft wasn't very good, but thats the only pass I got to do... so, we're gettin' closer :)

How does that sx-e 488 perform and is it the box turbo with a 10 blade compressor? I'm going to run one over an sx-E 369 on my LBZ build and haven't found anyone with any data for the new 488. Just curious as to how it spools, overall flow, etc. compared to something similar to the tried and proven 483 or 484.

How did the 488 do? I have one ordered to pair with an sx-E 369 on my LBZ project but I can't find any good info on it. How does it flow, spool, perform, etc compared to a 483 or 484 FMW? I was originally going to run a 366/480 but we decided to bump it up a little to move more air for our +1000hp goal.

Hey, I love the 488.

My high pressure turbo is a 70mm, so we would be similar there.

I don't know how to determine how it "flows", but I can tell you that before this setup, the truck felt like it was struggling to make power - now it seems completely natural, not even trying.

I am making 80psi, and I make it fast. How fast? Not sure, because I don't have a datalogger and I have to pay attention to a lot of other things when launching - but I have never driven the truck and thought "this is laggy" -- and I come from a "big turbo 4cyl" background. I understand laggy, and this truck is not it.

As for performance, I feel like this turbo will take my truck deep into the 9's, if I ask it to. I have been running mid 10's on 1.57 60', and it doesn't feel like it is even trying. All fuel, no injectables.

I'm sure that the more I turn this up, the less my motor will like me. :)

Awesome, that's what I needed to know. Both the 369 and 488 just showed up today. Sounds like we will have a good combo for our goals. Thanks for the info!
