Inputs on smarty

If you're looking for better acceleration in town, that sorta speed. I have found the smarty is great for low end and especially spooling my twins. However I will say, I recently put the the Smarty on Level 2, so only Boost Fooling and Higher Governor. I lost a bit of spool up time, which isn't a big deal really being as I can spool cleaner now. But my top end (using the MVP for all timing) is way better than the Smarty can ever do...JMO
