I got my engine finally running this weekend and the truck has a monster pump installed in it. The truck is not completely set up and ready to drive but i did a couple runs of the engine with it and ran it down the drive way and back once and all i can say is WOW !!!!:cheer: The throttle response is so touchy and it makes it almost hard to drive. The truck i has so much more get up and go already with no boxes hooked up to it. I cant wait to finish it up next weekend and take it for a good rip..... Well anyone who wants to can keep bashing the pump but i was very happy with my purchase and i would like to thank Mike at M and J Tool for all the time and effort he put into developing this and the hours we spent on the phone disscussing everything. So my say on the monster pump is that it is a very good investment for VP ppl...Couldnt be happier with it....

WEll keep us posted on how it goes. I am sending my hrvp in to get checked out and i am really thinking about going with a monster.

:Cheer:i love mine and everyone i know of who has had one has loved theres, did u get mikes injectors as well? those things by them selves are wicked! and may 10th ill be dynoing at rapid city SD if everything works out

Congrats!!!!

Mike is comming over tonight to put on my Monster:woohoo: Let the haters bash the pump but Ive been down to Mikes shop a few times and hes shown me a few things he does to the pump internally and they are impressive!!!!

we'll have my rig at IRP and Merchants tatted up with VPMONSTERPUMP.com decals once he gets a design finalized!!:snoop:

I think i am going to want one of those stickers as well make sure u contact me when they get finalized

A drive down the drive way is definitely the ultimate test.

Well after spending eight months working on the truck ... every little step is a milestone when u rebuild a truck for the first time.... so i know its no competition event but its still a great feeling after the thing not moving under its own power in eight months...Assuming this is severe sarcasam its was not apprecitated...

Get your panties out of a wad and take a joke. Did you make it to the mailbox at the end of the driveway. :cheer: Glad you got it back together.

Ill let ya know as soon as he gets a set image, Im still working on him to get em designed and produced!!

What a smarty A$$. LOL I didnt realize your truck was that nice until i stopped by at TS and man that sucker is slick. way to go farmboy

better get ready boys i think i might be crossing the monster line. Sending my pump back to II this week and let them look over it. And i might end up selling it after i get it back and go with the monster. Since its going to be off and a fresh pump might as well go that next step.

If that pump idles as smooth as my SO pump I might take it off your hand.

You heard it idle with your injectors in it. If you want to hold out on sending your pump in you can cause i will let you have first shot at it if you want.
