Installed Four Bank chip strange things happening

I put a Quadzilla Commander and Four Bank chip in my sisters 96 F250 and now when you are cruising down the road and turn your turn signal on the tranny acts up :hehe: I called Quadzilla today twice but did not get called back. Anyone have any ideas? If you unplugg the power wire to the commander everything is back to normal. I changed power locations to see if that helped, but it didn't. Is it possible that the wires are routed to close to other wires and are getting an interference from the turnsignal. I have heard of guys trying to use there CB's and there trucks shut down when using certain brands of chips in the cr dodges. When I get time I plan on rerouting the wires just in case.
This is just strange.
 
Basically its like its shifting but not really its like the TC is locking and unlocking. You get a 300rpm change or so.
