i wont know til the guages work but it seems to be around 1k or higher...sounds almost like high idle on the old vp pump LOL

i want it to idle around 800 if possibly

Yeah, I guess I missed that.

I know Brandon had it set to idle a bit higher than normal...with the timing he was running, and the way the gov springs were set, it was just nicer that way!

With the setup you're gonna run, I'd think you'll be fine. Lower timing, and probably a touch smaller injector (for a little while maybe) Drop it down and see what happens!


I like mine to idle higher...my 98 Auto idles around 950 in neutral, and about 800 in gear. A little higher than normal!
