Its in there!!!

What is everyone using for fuel supply?? wanted to us a tank from a dodge, but the 1 that i have will not work. didnt wat to use the dual tanks either, any ideas??
 
yea, if its like mine witch is out of a 94-02 ext long, i think your gona find that its way too tall. it may fit with a body lift but i absolutly refuse to use 1.
 
just went and measured up my buddys 05 super duty. looks mutch better. think my be a winner
 
sure did, he actually got it with me in mind. couldnt have ever thought bout doin this swap with out him. ive got a ton of time invested in his truck and hes got a ton of parts invested in mine.

i recognize that turbo, haha, it sat in my house for 5 months while i was deciding how i was going to do twins, i even had the compressor housing powder coated white (obviously) but i went a different route and decided to sell it. im glad to see its getting used:rockwoot:
 
most obs guys use the bronco tank for single conversion fits in but you have to make the rear mount im pretty sure
 
thanks for the idea!! I was able to find a DIRECT replacement rear tank that holds 38 gal. LMC truck had them for 179 plus shipping.
 
sorry for the lack of updates and pics, heres a quick update. all in and plumbed. hope to start on sat. truck WILL be at carsile all truck nationals next weekend. on vac next week hopefully can get the paint work done!! will try to get some pics up soon.

Well........It RUNS!!!! After a weekend of thrashing with dad, slowr1de, and a bud, we got to fire this afternoon. It sounds great have some small leaks to take care of. Over all great feeling to hear it run, all else seems ok. Will try to get pics and vids soon.:rockwoot:
 
Leaks suck, but I'm just the wiring guy, so.... :stab:




But it feels great to finally have some smoke coming from this pig...
 
Well I made it!!! As we speak the truck is at carlisle in the parking lot of the hotel. Havent got a good test on it yet but it feels like a beast!!! Hope to see some of ya there!!!:rockwoot::woohoo:
 
Well I just bought a 4 door long bed soo yes please pooost pics of ur ride I am not gonna build the regular cab now lol
 
As soon as i get back i will get some pics up, this last week was absolutly crazy getting this thing goin!!!
 
Nice Looking Truck......for a Ford!! Building up my driveline to do something very similar for an old Chevy. Did you keep the internals all stock? How many hours did you have invested??
