got a solid 3-400 miles on it, did a re-torque,--this thing runs FANTASTIC!!!! a little tuning, have to pull some fuel its a filthy mess. gona be a solid truck when its finally done. ran out of time didnt get the bed painted have to get some customer work done. will try to keep updated a little better now that it runs/drives.

dude that truck looks awesme what kinda lift do u have it and how do u like the 38 gall tank in the rear?

Nice conversion man it looks great. I wound up just useing the front tank on mine. It gets such good mileage that I only have to fill up once a week.

hey guys, no finished pics of truck.....mostly cause it not finished! Ive had mostly nothing but issues since getting it on the road, had major head gasket issues, fuel issues, charger/boot issues, intercooler issues, major electrical issues, starter issues, and now the best internal engine.....parked truck at the end of fall, was going to take it out new years eve, after extensive battery cahrgeing and several hours plugged in got it started took it for a little jount over the hill(forgot how good it really does run) brought it back was sitting in the driveway ideling, brought it up a couple times......bang there it was. no oil psi sounds like a rock crusher in the timing cover, shut it off and thats where it sits. the best i can figure the oil pump came apart. havent had time to get it in the shop and it takes up all my work space, should have time this month though, keep ya posted on the damages:bang

Also got some more go fast/work help goodies to add while in the shop: going to change intercooler, adding fass 150 pump, a slight redesign on charge pipes and coolant pipes. rear air bags, on board air equiped with 5 gal tank capable of 150psi, 3 batteries, tool box and shorty stacks through box.
may try 5x22 injectors and do some major tuning

Well...I finally talked my self into tearing this thing down to find out what broke. As i thought the oil pump sheared the idler gear off of the pump...the good news is i dont see any other damage. Luckily i have a good NAPA store that refunded the cost plus a gasket kit..put a used pump in and ran it all seems ok, have it almost completly torn down again tho, having almost everything thats removeable powder coated, installed fass, installed small lift, and who knows may even paint the bed. I know a lot of you are asking for pics...as soon as theres any thing to see, ill get them posted

Here are some progress pics....Still waiting on a few parts from the powdercoater hope to have more by weeks end:snoop:
