need some help with p-pump

i just bought a 94 single cab long bed with 92k orignal miles. truck is bone stock, i just want a bit more power for towing and just crusin around.
parts list

just a simple s300-s400 twins
arp 425's
airdog 150
4 inch exaust.

the transmission im having built now

tripple disc non billet converter
gorend v/b
upgraded clutches

the part where im confused on is fueling. i dont want to have to watch my egt gauge like a hawk while towing. i just want a good safe combo for power/towing and the least amount of smoke

I'd say if you don't want to watch your egt find a 12 plate or even stock and put it in about 1/2 forward. Leave the dvs stock. With a fuel plate you won't need a Mack plug IMO

Find some nice 5x.012 injectors

that sounds better to me. im looking for huge power just enough to spool the twins and tow a 40ft gooseneck
 
For towing, street-use play toy, I'd stick with the stock HX35 for the top turbo on the twins setup. It's capable of 600HP fuel only and will spool faster than any of the standard S300 sized turbos, plus it's free. I personally would do HX35 over HT3B, HT60, S471, S475, GT4202, or GT4294.
