That ice is how it was here yesterday. Temps below 20f for over a week, then it rained yesterday causing everything to freeze. My dog could barely even walk on the sidewalk, and the schools all started late today due to the ice.

He was on top of a parking garage that couldn't handle the weight. I remember seeing that a while back.
