New Hood Pics

just ordered this hood, should be here next week, just wanted some input from the forum about how it looks.all of the vents will have grill work in them, and the side vents have channels to direct water into

here is a pic of it not painted. it is fiberglass and there is not much sanding needed to have a flush fit

Got to love them Venom hoods. Have one on my Viper now and going to get one on the truck soon I start getting into detailing this thing.

yeah i fell in love with it, the only thing i am debating is should i go old school and leave it flat black or get it painted? as soon as my engine is back in the truck it is going to the paint shop, my truck is black so i am going to repaint it black.

thats hot!!! i'd just have a matte/flat uv protectant/clearcoat sprayed on it and leave it like that.

I suddenly got a vision of the 84 Camaro I was sitting next to in traffic... it was rockin' the vintage "Daytona" hood... very similar concept

I've got everything against ugly add-ons that do nothing for performance... a pro-stock snorkel is fine on a pro-stock car!

but something that just costs a bunch of money and does absolutely nothing for performance is just ricer to me
