New tires--Proxes as daily drivers??

Yes, while they hook far better than any A/T tire, they are no substitute for slicks or 4wd. I have cut 2.1 60s but cannot leave with anything above 1-2psi boost without going up in smoke. I have ran a 12.41@112 with them.
 
Alright, Im trying to find something that I can run on the street and track. Just don't have money for slicks and rims right now.
