New Wheels??

Dealer price cheap???

You know me....I like custom....hence wanting to powdercoat a wheel that isn't available in black, black. That way no one else has it....until they copy me.. LOL

Just a little update....I pulled the trigger on some 20s,
Have three "blems" (chrome was flaking) on the way...need to buy a forth.

Then it's just a matter of deciding what finish I want and saving up the $$ for the tires :D :rockwoot:

It should definately be a one of a kind wheel once I'm done with it :Cheer:

Bear or anyone of you who know what I'm doing...keep quiet :poke: :lolly:

Yeah, I know.....but last time I told someone that I was thinking of blacking out some KMC diesels, they beat me to it and had a set powdercoated. Of course, now KMC offers them in black too......good thing I didn't do that :bang LOL

I'll tell you that they are 20x10 Welds.

Oooooh, I love secrets!!!LOL :evil

Welds, huh??? Well that narrows it down to about 150 different styles!!

I'm not even gonna try and guess. I just want to see the finished product!

And the install write up!!!LOL :poke: LOL:D

It's not that many one piece forged truck wheels in 20x10 from Weld....

Narrow it down even farther...they have the number 8 in the style.

I think that narrows it down to less than 5 styles... :D

Well I doubt you'll go with the Cheyenes again.... sooooo I guess that would narrow it down to 4??LOL

Cheyennes are nice wheels though. Look at Bear Hunter, he went with the Cheyennes twice........ :D

The three I bought came in......have my manager looking to see if he can pick up the 4th for me...hopefully another blem so that it's cheap :rockwoot:

There's 7 Weld wheels available in a 20x10 in a 8x170. My guess would #7 PC'ed black with a chrome ring or something of the like but since he found blems then it was a 'luck of the draw' thing and that makes it hard to guess. I'm sure whatever you get, it'll be sweet. Cheyennes are definitely one of my favorite wheels available.

They are all nice, but my choice would be between the Dune PRO-LOC and Cheyenne

yeppers, my favorite two as well. Actually, I really like the Dune pro-locs as well, but I'm not sure if they'd be too much for an every day deal. probably not.

The Dune 8s are Sweet Wheels

That's what Marty Runs 9he has since added the optional bead ring in blue):

i think i liked martys wheels better w/out the ring

:ylsuper: gonna be bad azz when you get it done!
did i mention i got some new wheels today and had some stuff done to em?:poke:
:umno:

Brad...yeah I did like Marty's wheels better without the blue ring as well.

Still dealing with those two places I told you about to get the wheels done. Leaning towards the one that did that F-150's wheels though. Seems like a good place to deal with so far :rockwoot:

what are you doing with your old wheels... too bad they're not 18"s...............

Still not sure. Might try and sell the tire/wheel comob as a whole....

Bear Hunter said:
Dan is getting spinners and customizing it with a LED on the valve stem.
