You are all excited about stars and events in your state...

They took my state completely off the map...and I don't live in Hawaii or Alaska either
NJ aint there eitehr:hehe:

OHIO!!! I personally promise to make the Ohio event worthwhile, even though the National Trail Raceway hasn't had the best stance on diesels.

between the 3 racing series that are out now there will be an event somewhere all year long.

Wow, there are none close to Oklahoma... bummer.... Guess I'll just be making the one for DITD 08 in AZ....

Sweet!! I'm gonna be joining NHRDA for the event in AZ and think it'd be fun to get the family out to a few more events if possible :)

I see one star in BC I think it is safe to say that is Mission, And two in Alberta one I know is Barry's AAB, but what is the second star Medicine Hat??

Maybe we will see ya at a race this year :rockwoot:

Can't wait for the June race in Ohio! Local track for me! :woohoo:

Any news on somewhere close to Utah? I see the Colorado but I was hoping maybe an event at Rocky Mountain Raceway where Weekend on the Edge is held and also a DHRA event will be held this year. The did the last Diesel Power Challenge there if you want pictures of it. Also here is their website.

currently we have events in phoenix arizona and also at billings montana. We will be expanding more next year but for 2008 we have 24 events to due so hopefully you can come join us at one of these events.

Sounds good to me. I'll try my best to make an event or as many events as possible. I like thee fact you guys CARE for the racers and stay by the words you've spoken. This year should be great for diesels.

ARE YOU READY?????????

Getting ready jeff, How is the event in TX and IA looking??? Id be willing to make the iowa trip, kill two birds with one stone sort of speak.

With 24 events on our schedule already, what would help for broadening our reach and scheduled dates would be committed sponsors in those areas you mentioned. This would help secure commitment and publicity for those events.... If you know any shops in these areas looking to get involved in Diesel Racing Events in their area drop me their contact info via PM. We'll take it from there and secure a scheduled date from local tracks in those areas.

Sponsoring Events is a great resource with the NHRDA, with the promotions we have for gaining exposure, and beating the drums for interested racers demanding events it is a win-win situation for all. I don't know of any of our Race Directors who gets paid for what we do- all the money obtained from the gracious sponsors goes right back to the racers- in the form of events to run in, trophies, purses, videos for the events, promos, sometimes radio ads ect.... You are dealing with an Association who is run by folks whom are passionate about Diesel Motor Sports, we are racers ourselves, who love to help bring Diesel Motor Sports excitement to folks with the same interests as us!

Sponsors get to see their advertising dollars well spent as it is kicked right back into the sport. Coast to coast we are broadening our reach, the word is out: Run with the NHRDA!:rockwoot: :rockwoot: :rockwoot:

:tree:24 events in 2008, and counting!!!!!:woohoo:
