No big boy swaps? 8.3/ DT466/3126...

I think that an 8.1 cummins in a dodge would be pretty cool and probably something that could be done with a little work. It is only 2 inches bigger on all sides.
 
8.3 Could be put in a Dodge... Had one in a 97 Ford, was a running s#b...... along with the gear vendor it was a great rig..... Sold it to a crybaby roper who liked to go fast........
 
8.3 into the 04 dodge is more about having the time to work on it than anything. 3inch body lift took care of body clearance issues. 3inch spring spacers give about 4inchs between the oil pan and front diff. between the 4k springs fuel plate advanced timing and twin screws, it should be more than enough power. the biggest decision is to go with super singles or 22.5 dualls b
