NOS. Help burn diesel at high rpm

Very nice, I need to do that as well, or figure out something other than the dual stock banjos I am using now. I wonder if I can use AN6 or a modified AN8 on the feed that is not on the engine side with the stock threads. The side that faces the engine I would have to do a 90 degree fitting or something. Do you know offhand the thread pitch and size for the stock banjos?

I tried to ask Matti, but he does not seem interested in answering any questions :/ even what fuel pressure he suggests, etc.

That transmission looks massive within the chassis :)

I think I can help some with what you are trying to do, assuming I'm understanding what you are after. If you are trying to get away from the banjo style there are a couple of ways to go about it. Summit Racing I know carries metric straight thread to AN fittings so all you would need is the thread size of the banjo to replace it. On the engine side you can do a couple of things depending on how much room you have there. The easiest would be a 90 degree metric straight thread to AN that uses a separate nut on the straight thread section for sealing. You would use either a metal and rubber or copper sealing washer under the nut. This allows you to have the 90 fitting pointing where you need it. Another option is a banjo to AN fitting. They are made by Unisteer in some sizes, but I ran across at least one other outfit that had them in my searching but I cannot remember the name of said company.

Any good hydraulic shop should be able to help you out, but once you identify the correct thread size it's pretty easy.

Hi. IP has M12x1.5. There is no AN8 fittings on that size, So
I made it M14x1.5/AN8. Here is done Another inlet on Engine side
And Return line is made Front of a pump. You Can find Those fittings
Normal hydraulic Shops line There is sayd Upper.

I have use 1bar feed pressure it s Enough.

Matti is on vacation at the moment.

You tried to do the translation too, huh? :hehe: I wasn't sure it fit.

:D Those translators no good, because dont understand all slang words.

Made some SolidMarker Pen 3D drawing on new oilpan :)

Thanks for the tips Jeemu and Billysgoat. Yes, that is exactly what I am trying to do with the feed that faces the block, great suggestions!

Jeemu, how did you drill and tap the front feed port without getting any metal bits within the pump housing? Aside from the obvious answer of not letting any get inside, I worry about any foreign material getting to the elements and barrels :/ Did you plug the port somehow, or use heavy grease?

Hi. I didint drill port on the pump, jus that fitting what i put in pump. Drilled bigger

LOL Bing made the translation a complete mess! Google Translate worked better and I could at least understand it with the context.

Ok I understand, the fitting was modified, cool.

The oil pan looks awesome, and looks to have a larger capacity as well. Nice display on that welder :) is it an inverter type?

The oil pan is sweet! Saw it on facebook too and stared at it for awhile.

That kind pedals, need to do TPS on cluch pedal
