Hi and thanks. This engine is build N/A engine. i but just h-profil rods in.Nice build! I cant wait to see you meet your goal I bet its a fun ride. How reliable has it been you with the current setup?
It has Bosch Pes5m injection pump with 7mm elements.Really nice project!
NOS will give more oxygen but won't let the fuel burn much faster.
You need to inject the fuel faster (bigger nozzle or pump) than it will burn a bit faster.
But for really high rpm normal diesel isn't good enough.
You can try some kind of high centane race diesel to see if it will do better at high rpm.
What CR do you run?
If you lower CR you can use more timing advance without get to much PCP and blow your precamber out of the head ;-)
Don't you use any coolingfans for the car on the dyno?
What IAT does it make on the dyno?
Johan
Why 10mm?Can't you put in 10 mm's from a A-pump?
Or complete A pump.
Have you got bigger nozzles?
Ok, i didn't see the fan
Johan
Yes, we have quatermile test day june here in my hometown.Do you plan to take the car to the track when it's done? I'm curious to see what kinda times that thing can churn out.

I have original nozzles.
Yes thats true. This pump is cost enough for me so i go for this.Because when you can inject the same amount of fuel in a shorter injection window the power will go up and EGT will go down.
I would try some bigger injectors in your car.
It's amazing the stock injectors can make so much power allready.
