Wow!! That looks awesome so far!!!!

What power level you shooting for???

very nice, ill be tearing mine apart this winter and added more power, hope it looks as nice as urs

umm, that head gasket isn't cut for fire rings??? you not ringing it? but your head is cut??

O-rings not fire rings, look again. I'm hoping for 700. The turbo plumbing is going to take some time. I can't clock it down, it turns into the exhaust manifold. Not even close with the manifold turned over.

Kevin,

I used a CR exhaust manifold and a CR style turbo for a nice clean fit. Had problems with the compressor housing hitting the swedged bell on the 3 piece manifold, and if you flip it the compressor outlet crashes into the shoch tower.

I wish I'd have used the CR manifold. I went this way to make it easier to swap to the 2.6 turbo to pull.

It's getting close, hope to fire it today. I'll get more pics up later.

It's got a 2.8 on it and I have another 2.6 S400 that I can swap. I may just have a new comp housing machined to fit the 2.8.

I had to come to the shop and get a battery for the wifes car. I'd rather be working on the truck. I have a lot of cleaning to do when it's done.

I had it fired. I need to cut the floor back and get the shifter in. It was throwing grease out the top. I have to tap the throttle for it to fire, need to figure that out. Lots of little crap to do.
