I was driving to work monday and my FP was going every where from 19 to 2 Etc. So I turned off my box and drove it home Tuesday and the truck started to hesitate. So wednesday on my way to work I was driving and the truck started to do the same thing then just shut-off on me like having dead pedal. My LP was super loud and this is the 2nd Raptor RP 150 that has been put in the truck it's super loud and now it sounds like its straing. Called Pure Flow getting sent a new one again. Heres my problem I popped a list of codes 0213,1694,1693,0230,0237,0236,1291. I know what they are so I called II and talked to there pump specialist to see what was goin on. I did what he said bleed the high lines and the truck fired but had a real bad lope then shut-off. So I took the day off work today to fix it and just see if I can get it going. Wont even turn over any help would greatly be appriciated thanks.

when you cracked the lines, did it have a real bad lope even after you tightened them back up?? how many did you crack??
 
after i cracked them i bleed them then tightened the back up after that cranked it over and thats when the lope came kept in it and it ran for a minute i got out to take the batt. charger off and it died nothing after that. Now it just cranks bt no response.
 
No death codes checked the return line spring still good ? Im at a loss of thought right now an dthe pump wont be here till tuesday. So much for the overnight service.

do you have time to take the fuel pump off and test it with a bucket of fuel??
 
when your injection lines are cracked at the head is there fuel squirting out when you crank the truck over??
 
Ya I did 2 flats with the wrench and I took the feed line off the IP and bypassed the ECM so I could run the LP it put out fuel. The pump just sounds like total chit and misses. Sounds like its straining real bad and there was fuel coming out of the lines at the head. Like I said it started for about 2 mins. at a real low lope then shut off. I dont know what else to do would the codes not being cleared keep it from starting.
 
I would start with a new lp and see what happens. Better yet do you have one that you can barrow?
 
Pure Flow is sending me yet another pump this is the third one that I have had from them.
 
You can roast an aftermarket fuel pump like the Raptor, FASS, or Airdog if you still have the stock fuel pickup in the tank. That hole and tube is way too restrictive and will overwork the pump. Maybe that's why you're on your 3rd?? I did notice that you have the big line kit, but that will do you no good if the stock pickup is in place.
 
stock pickup is out and Im running there draw straw. My stock LP is in the engine bay and I diconnected all lines and electrical wires so I know it will not come on.
 
And I cracked the 5 lines I could reach like I said 2 flats on each one.

cracked the injector fittings 2 times to make sure i would have enough to bleed

okay well if you have the nuts that hold the injector line in the head cracked and it starts it SHOULD be spiting fuel everywhere...with the truck still running, tighten them back up and your lope SHOULD go away...
 
How cold is it there? Give it a huff of ether..... see if that helps... Sounds like lotsa air in the system.
