Are u blowing the boots on the turbo side of the intercooler? Sounds like a high temp problem. Read some other post here, a bend causes alot of heat to hit the hose and causes blow outs. I've split a couple of 90 silicone bends at alot lower boost than you are running. You might change your piping around to where the pipes don't have much gap for the heat to get to the hose. Just a thought.
