Soon enough. I just got the chassis for it yesterday so it'll be coming along. I'll start a thread on it in the conversion section when i'm ready. This is the truck tho.

Why has nobody mentioned the Ford voltage regulator?

3 wire hookup, cheap, easy to get.

Thats an awesome project man. I dontt mean to jack but, has anyone done this to a 2nd gen truck? Ive been considering doing this to mine because Im using my truck for a play toy now, race/pulling truck. I thought about deleting as much as possible , fuse box in engine bay pcm and harness. But Id like to keep the stock gauge cluster. any input on this?

Thanks, but i can't see that working on your truck unless you had all manual windows and stand alone gauges. OR you got a wiring diagram for the cluster and hooked every wire up seperate to each sensor.

My windows and door locks are manual.

i would just put the pcm behind the glove box and hide the harness.....i hate splicing wires
