s467 or s472?

When I went from a s472/83/.90 to a s475/83/.90 I picked up .2 and 3mph and spool was almost the same.
 
will changing to an billet compressor wheel will you gain any more hp or just spool faster?

Billet wheels typically gain nothing in spool time vs a cast of equivalent size.
 
I put an 11 blade billet wheel in my s472 and it went the same et and mph as the cast s475. So I picked up .2 and 3mph withe the 11 blade..spool up was the same though and quiet as a mouse lol
 
I run a s467.7. I have towed with it. It did awesome. I have gone 7.29 in the 1/8 and 11.3 in the 1/4.

I didn't buy this turbo to tow. The fact that I can still tow is just an added plus. I don't know the exact weight of the trailer and all but it wasn't small...

31 foot trailer. Loaded fully with everything in my house when I moved.
 
Seems like a good option for me... Anything you don't like about it? Surge etc....

Lol. I already had that problem with my twin setup. When I'm ready for my next build I want to simplify my engine bay. Single turbo, single stroker pump, batteries relocated etc...

I just ordered one through Blacks Diesel. It's a cast 467/83/.90. I'm also trying out a stainless header he had at the shop. I'll let you know how it goes. Should be here this weekend.
 
I'm running 50hp Exergys. I should probably also mention this truck has a 6.7 short block with a 5.9 head and electronics. Runs great with the 66 that's on there now, but I loved my 475s on the previous truck so I want to go back with a S400 setup again.
