Easy to make. That's just one project I've been thinking about.

In that position however, I don't expect that there would be much, if any benefit doing it with a spray bar vs. doing it with a single nozzle in the same area. Hence the reason I haven't pursued it any farther than just thought.

I haven't ever messed with water injection, so I don't know.

if your willing to rake out the cash the same company will mill the stock plenum off the head and make you a custom intake, and bend your lines to go around your application
