WOW..... can you get more pics of how you did the bed?

i think thats all we took ill double check, all i did was make a templete of the contour of the bed. measeured over 19 7/8 in several spots the layed the templete on it and cut, then went back with a sanding pad on the grinder and smoothed it out. upclose u can tell its cut if u look at it good but a few feet back it looks like a normal bed

yea i went in the bed and measured the same everywhere the top, sides and bottom and cut all that out and cut the front of the bed would just slide right up, then we used caulking for metal roof( i found a tube laying in the garage) caulked a few spots the rivited at teh top and bottom then caulked the sides and bottom, then i sprayed a liner in it. u cant even tell on the inside

ill take some this weekend, i cant get any good ones right now, its sitting in the garage waiting on some parts but ill try. I ended up cutting around 25" off at first i cut 21" but the old spare tire mount didnt let the bed sit on the frame so i cut more. the next week after it was done some kid rear ended me and luckily didnt mess up anything
 
I paid 171 with new U joints to have mine shortened to a one piece on my 2nd gen.
