what did they originaly come on ??? what engines or in what trucks/cars/planes????

They came on alot of different apps and most of them were a 3 bolt flange or a base mount flange. There is alot fo work that go's into a sigma pump to get it ready for a tractor or truck, and that is one of the reasons for the cost.

as far as i know they are a french-made or originated pump...somebody can correct me if i'm wrong...

Where can you buy one completely stock? Just like if i wanted to buy a factory p7100.:pop:

They have not been produced(in stock form) in quite a long time......

I was told they were last produced in 1969 and you can buy rebuild parts yet but not complete pumps ( other than reman ones) or pump housings.

That has been what I have been told with a limited amount gettin out in 1970 due to production year. Either way, its been a long long time....

Who needs a new one you can buy a "new" billet one from CDS and man are they pretty much nicer than the ugly "originals"

IKE

6 cylinder sigma's ready to rock from CDS will run you 9600.00. The "billet" will run you 15,000.00. Call Brad at CDS; I'm sure he'll be more than happy to ship one out to you.

For the price of a sigma i can conjure something up on my own. Either a 12 barrel pump or a twin pumped p7100 5.9, with dual feed injectors.

I will never forget the first time I held a blank billet housing. I about flung it through the ceiling tile because I was expecting something a bit heavier. ;)
