Single turbo for built 12 valve??

So, at the end of the day, I decided to give Engineered Diesel the challenge of making a single turbo to suit my truck. I say challenge because I know it would be tough for any single turbo to fill this bill. Stay tuned for the results of the challenge! I'm excited. :woohoo:

Have any spacers made up for divided T4? My plasma dude is a month behind.
I think I have a couple that are 3/4" milled out of mild steel. I will have to go through a couple of boxes in the morning.

An S400 with 70mm compressor wheel. Haven't received it yet, gotta check on status and order a T3/T4 adapter plate and pipe for the WG. It's gonna be mounted on one of COMP461's tubular manifolds. Lookin forward to it. Just wish I didn't have to do the install outdoors. Truck's too tall to fit in the garage.

ya workin in 70 degrees outside must be a ***** :hehe: hey who do you get that pipe from? it does not come with it?

Will more then likely be looking for a similar charger albeit with alot less fuel then the OP. What turbine housing did you end up with? I'm interested in as tight as you can get them! External gate for the win!

When you order a gate you get the spacer and pipe. I need an additional spacer and pipe to get me from T3 to T4. My top turbo on my twins is T3. I'm going to use the same gate, but have 2 different spacer/pipe combinations so I can have the twins or single setup. The single setup will use COMP's tubular manifold, and the twins will use the ATS. It ain't gonna be 70 degrees this weekend. In fact, they're not sure it won't snow on Saturday.

T4 .80 turbine section.

I suppose the s370 doesn't move as much air as the s470 would is that correct? Reason I bring it up is that they have .60 and .70 a/r options which sound really good for quick spool with an external gate to relieve drive. I could be wrong about that though for sure!

sweet. let us know how the little guy rips when its finally installed.

Keep us posted as i am in search of a turbo for the 12V but i cant decide what to go with. i want more air but without lots of lag on the street as it is mainly a street truck. :P

Chris did say they had the S300 housing option available, but it would cost more.

Are any of the housing's available (60 or 70 ar) I wonder? Would be nice to have that big wheel flow on the compressor side with quick spool!
