Single turbo for built 12 valve??

Are any of the housing's available (60 or 70 ar) I wonder? Would be nice to have that big wheel flow on the compressor side with quick spool!

You're not going to want that small of a housing with a wheel the right size to handle a 70mm compressor...surge city;)

.80A/R would be as small as I would consider...Maybe Chris would think otherwise, but from my experience, there is such a thing as too small of a housing!

yeah Chris, that sounds right and was something I was considering as well. I'd certainly consult them before trying anything like that for sure as the only thing I can do is guess and likely guess wrong lol:p

Just got off the phone with COMP461 ordering the manifold. Something I was not aware of, is it comes with studs and gaskets. Sweet! :woohoo:

When you order a gate you get the spacer and pipe. I need an additional spacer and pipe to get me from T3 to T4. My top turbo on my twins is T3. I'm going to use the same gate, but have 2 different spacer/pipe combinations so I can have the twins or single setup. The single setup will use COMP's tubular manifold, and the twins will use the ATS. It ain't gonna be 70 degrees this weekend. In fact, they're not sure it won't snow on Saturday.
Paul just to confirm I was talking about the pipe that comes off the gate and goes to the downpipe. It comes with that too?

No, you don't get that part. U gotta make it. From what I've seen people have stubbed them into the hot pipe (or down pipe) in different ways. It'd be impossible to make that part of the deal a universal thing.

Don't laugh but I intend to just take a piece of flex pipe and hose clamp it to the 2" v-band pipe coming off the exhaust of the gate. I'll route it down the down pipe. Seems easy enough to me!

With a twin setup doesn't running the wastegate exhaust from the secondary into the hot pipe overspeed the primary?

Not sure it'll overspeed the primary or not. Discharging to the hot pipie seems to be the popular method, though. Seems like it'd disrupt the laminar flow through the hot pipe at least, though. I was thinking of discharging into the inside of the elbow, if u get what I mean, in the direction of flow. Most of the flow through the elbow would be on the outside, so the hole for the discharge would be the least disruptive that way.
