Because badass pulling trucks reside somewhat north of FL. I would venture to say that the #1 truck in your area would not make top 10 in anywhere north of Alabama.

I was referring to FL pulling trucks. Besides, CA is north of FL anyway.

true california is north of FL but also south of midwest states as well

Where in my post did I say Left Coast?????
north of alabama is the midwest

Once again, I don't see where I said anything about trucks other than those that might be in the area of the person that the post was directed at, and that area is FL......which is not known for it's pulling trucks dominating at national events.

and impling since the truck(s) are, is, were based in FL(or not in the midwest) they just suck and not good enough to be in the top 10

bassic consencious that i have seen from reading the boards and the few events i have been able to attened.. is if you arent based out of the mid west.. you arent good enough to be #1 :blahblah1:

just because the avg truck from a said geographicly location or out side a siad region doesnt do well normaly.. doesnt warent a basic somewhat bellittleing blanket statement like that.

thats my opinion

If you southern guys want to be taken seriously, find a good track, not some sand pit, and have a pull. The guys out east don't have the best tracks, but you don't hear them complaining about being as good as the Midwest guys;) Every year, some of them come out and play with us down in Bowling Green, KY too.

Face it, pulling was invented/developed/whatever in the Midwest...naturally, we'll have more good running pulling trucks...are there good running trucks elsewhere...Sure there is, but will they run with what we've got, on our clay tracks?

Only one way to find out...come play ;)
Chris

BTW, good grammar not only makes things easier to read, it also doesn't make you look like a tool…just saying :D

I do travel maybe not to mid west but i do travel around. I can give two ****s about the respect i deserive it dont bother me much that a bunch of grown *****'s act the way they do.
Then why did you start this thread? If you don't care about respect why do you pull against other trucks? Why do you want all the third grade playground grudge matches?:poke:

And I'm with Chris, decent grammar and spelling makes it easier to read and makes you look a lot less like a tool:D

I'll continue this discussion in private... And North of Alabama is TN and KY.... I would say that since both of those states were in the CSA that they are not in the midwest, but I could be wrong LOL

Anyway, after several PM's by members asking for this thread to go away, I have decided to let you guys vote to see what it's fate will be.

Here are your choices:

1) I can prune all non-2wd discussion and the thread can continue as long as it stays on track.

2) I can close it.

No more posting about anything other than what choice you want. I will re-open the thread to discussion later today

Back in the late summer 05 or 06 in washington mo. @ an event named gateway power challange. ther was a 2wd gasser that wanted to hook with the pro mods. The only pro mod that was there is named rock hard ram need say more. So the 2wd gasser weighted in @ 8000 pounds the same as Van. the gasser put right @ 10 feet on Van, and was was surprized. Just shut-up and think about physics. I allways wanted to know what if it had nice 12v under the tilt body. Tom were you pull is it real sandy ? Tom will you be coming to the midwest mo,ill, ind? How about owensville mo DHRA pull. I know there will be your HOT MIDWEST TRUCKS there.

I was going to go to SDX this year, but with fuel prices, it is out of my price range. It would be about $2000 in fuel to get there and back.

To find out where all the 2wd pullers where.

duramaxin14, I did'nt want to be the one to tell you, but you do come off like an ass, in almost every post you make. I have looked at most of the video's you posted of your 2wd, and while the trucks you pull against run alright, they are NOT in the same league as trucks in other parts of the country, namely the midwest. The sooner you pull in the midwest against trucks you openly talk chit about, or figure out that there are trucks out there that would hand you, or any other 2wd there ass, the better off you will be. As far as the grudge matches you run your mouth about all the time, give it a rest, you need to have the cash to travel for a grudge match, and since you obviously don't, then shut your mouth.

After re reading all my post i wanted to clear something up here. No where in this thread did i state i wanted to grudge match anyone. How ever i did state that i traveled to one and won it. And i got a apology and a hand shake for doing it. So i just wanted to clear that up for you.

That's great hot rod, glad you cleared all that up, but the problem is you call out more guys than you can handle, in other threads than this one. Most of the ones you call out, are the hot 2.8 trucks, so watch your P's and Q's, these guys aren't billy joe from down the road with a "chip".

Well u seen just as good as i did they havent made it yet. So it wasnt no grudge match i knew they wouldnt be here.

Why would anyone go to Florida just for a Sledpull?? You are not a big enough celebrity to draw any real pullers yet;)

Chris

They know better than to head to Florida and try and compete with the King of Pulling himself Mr. Dirty South Diesel performance for fear of being embarrassed by a 2wd. Or maybe they were afraid of that big bad cummins pulling truck your company built for a friend of yours.

Either way they weren't spending a grand on fuel to come get beat on the sandy tracks of Florida by a legand.

No im not saying im a legend im just saying i aint traveling peirod. The company i am the company it aint nothing to do with the p pump dodge. The p pump dodge dont pull here we built it for a dude that is based in north carlino in the army. He has attend a few pulls up there and when i get vidoe u can see what she done for your self

man do u thing u cen bild a badass pulling truck for me too. i ben tryn on my own but i just cant git it to pull that god. if i pay you god money to werk on my truck mayb then you can aford to travel to a pull sumwhere else and then al these guys can see for there self just how good you are.

My point exactly why would i go to mid west just to pull a sled. The way i look at it if they wanna pull against me the invation is always open to come on down.

Because the Midwest is where the majority of pullers are...and they are here in force. If you want to prove you have what it takes to win...you have to come up here and go head to head with some of the best;) Otherwise, you'll just be another blowhard
