There are 20 units for BWD getting finished now. No dealer pricing on these.

Preliminary tests showed almost a 200 degree temp drop at WOT-Edge Evolution, MBRP, AFE II. I don't have pressure drops, etc as there is only a prototype has been released so far.

On the Ford units, we have seen less than one PSI pressure drops, and scrubbed as much as 395 degrees from inlet to outlet.

As I know more, so will you. They have been listed on our site for months now.
 
The Dodge intercoolers have a measured pressure drop of .25 PSI @ 50psi of boost and 450+ Deg. of charge air temp. The duramax core is very very similar
 
The real test will be it's potential on 650+ engines.

Since the OEM intercooler is very large on the Dmax, there is not alot meat left on the table at stock or near stock boost levels.

Do not be surprised if testing on near stock trucks does not show significant HP gains.
 
Mat just brought down one of these monsters for me to look at and I am impressed. This thing is huge and took both of us to lift it out of his truck. The details are great with all the brackets in place for a drop in install. I'd like to see this on McRat's truck for some testing compared to his Banks unit.

We dont need no stinking air to air intercooler! Think water, nice refreshing water, as in water to air buddy.:hehe: :poke:

Just a question and hope I word this correctly as to not come accross the wrong way but isn't the drop in EGTs more significant than the HP gains and I'm just curious since my truck with just a chip was seeing pretty high EGTs while towing and the 200 degree drop is huge :)
