Cant wait to see this done. Ive been think of junking my allison and doing a manual. its like 2k for cluch or 8k for allison.

its like 3k for a triple, probably around 5k or more for the whole swap. i've got new clutches already for my built ally and a year left on the warranty. also not knowing whether my class is gonna stay oem driveline or open for '11. i really can't see spending the $ and all the work on the swap for one year. i'm putting some slower gears in my diffs and trying some other things to hopefully make the ally live another year. but if anyone is interested in this swap i've done all the research so let me know.
 
If you have part numbers and a list of manufacturers, post them up. Not sure if i'll have the funds this year, but next year for sure.

High Impact - NV4500 5spd

they make complete nv4500's complete with larger 1 3/8'' input shaft, he can get clutches from south bend. they also make a spacer which makes everything line up and can get all the hydraulics. they were very helpful to me with everything.
