Be sure to purchase a new tube that connects between sensor and exh manifold.Well, got a new sensor from Cummins in OKC. Keep this in mind if you need one.
Dealership price $701 Dodge P/N 68002442AA (called multiple, all the same)
Cummins parts/service center $192 OEM P/N 4928594 (if they have one in stock, I don't think they can order them now)
Doorman aftermarket from Oreilly's $122 (if you want to chance aftermarket ****)
Test drive tonight. I can't wait. I noticed the turbo was only making 20 psi boost while hauling hay this weekend as well. Maybe that will change too.
Why? I filled it full of cleaner and ran a wire brush through it. It's clean. Or are you saying the ends get buggered up and it leaks or what?Be sure to purchase a new tube that connects between sensor and exh manifold.
Never mind! I've never had any luck cleaning one thats 100% plugged, which id imagine was the case for yours, except with my pressure washer and a 0* nozzle. Why? I filled it full of cleaner and ran a wire brush through it. It's clean. Or are you saying the ends get buggered up and it leaks or what?
Funny. LOLNever mind! I've never had any luck cleaning one thats 100% plugged, which id imagine was the case for yours, except with my pressure washer and a 0* nozzle.
What cleaner did you use?
Do you clean yours at every fuel filter change??
Nothing against you going to see TravisG, but I just rebuilt the driver seat in the Avalanche with a cover and foam off eBay for $50.00. Took me an hour and a half. You can do it.Now I'm off to see TravisG soon so he can rebuild my driver's seat with new foam and cover.
Cleaned the tube and replaced the pressure sensor. So what part did you replace and clean?
Well, it's the durafoam and a factory replacement cover. It's not too much. Less than $200 for both his price, which is discounted. And I need to go see him anyway. I don't get over to his place much. It's only 2 hours but seem like a state away most days. They make the durofoam that Genos was pushing. Think they make it for all gens.
Was a waste of $160 for me. **** has my back twisted like a pretzel. I’m on my 3rd seat bottom and swapped the whole ass chair to another as well. I gave up.
Do I go air ride? LOL
