Well Jeff and I started my re-assembly yesterday and today...We talked tonight about posting the progress on CompD....So I decided to try and post some pics of before and after....BTW, Jeff named my truck yesterday after a conversation we had.....Since I'm a police officer, He calls it, "The Interceptor".....I kinda like it!!! lol Except it will be a WHOLE LOT Faster then my cruiser!! lol

Jeff has been awesome with this thing....That man's got some mad skillls..Plus a few absolutely Cool tricks that he did...

I don't know how to post the large pics so these small ones can be clicked on and enlarge.....I also don't know how to post more than five at a time...Anybody wanna help me with this tech chit, shoot me a pm....I'm not really a computer guy but I can get by......btw, some of my pics may be too large to upload cause it has said in the past that the site could not resize....Hmmm .....Oh well, Here goes!!

Gonna strart with the pics I took a while back when we started..

Are you using stock cummins pistons?

Btw looks like a blast

Danny

Yup! Only bought 2 new ones....Really only needed on but there was one other that looked a little suspect, so I bought 2..

I had them cut 100/1000th to decompress slightly and for clearance...

I may have typed it wrong.....Jeff said we were cutting a hundred thousandths off the top....

Comparing, it looks to be about an eighth inch at the most....

Should lower me to around 14.5- 15 to 1......Something like that.....

The answer is YES!! to your questions when you see these!!

Yes they are stock head bolts!!
Yes they are torqued to 150 ft. lbs.!!
Yes Jeff and Darren have stock head bolts in all of there trucks!!
Yes it works!!

BUT, I think this is the first CR that will be tested at the power level and psi that Jeff and Darren have done......

I just gonna totally trust Jeff on this and run em.....He's got WAY too much experience for me not too...

If it works and Jeff will reveal his secrets, ARP may go out of business!!! LOL
