I feel your pain brother, my truck came with the trailer tow package and camper prep package but not the snowplow package so I got a DLD as well. The yoke came for mine today so I will be swapping this afternoon. Your driveshaft will need to be shortened when going to a DHD. You will also need a slip yoke for a DHD, as they have a bigger output shaft. I'm not sure if the front shaft will slip out far enough to work with the longer length of the DHD, but if it doesn't, I'll get a spacer for the flange, I know someone used to make them for Jeeps, but they wouldnt be that hard to make if you know how to CNC.
Check your pinion yoke on the rear end and make sure the U-joint caps are not worn and letting the caps rotate inside the yoke. I had a joint go bad and it ground away at part of the yoke and the driveshaft fell to one side and started vibrating real bad. I think that may have made my leaks worse.
