Heck ya! If I remember right, this truck had a bed of some sort on it? Keeping the bed or converting to 5th wheel? Or am I totally wrong in my recollection?

Still plans to get it back to a tractor.

Was originally a winch truck, still has all of that, will need a fifth wheel and the additional pieces of frame that were added removed

GTA4502V off a 14L Detroit. I know the specs on the original Garrett turbo. What I'm looking for is the specs of the BorgWarner equivalent/version of the GTA4502V turbo. The part number for the BorgWarner is, 57849882005. I'm looking for the comp wheel inducer and exducer size and the turbine wheel inducer and exducer size. As well as the A/R of the turbine housing. Trying to decide if going with the borg has any advantages other than price.

If yall think the question should be posted in the turbo section, I will move it.

Thanks!!

Kinugawa has a spreadsheet you can download that will tell you what that turbo was. The issue is that the 102mm exducer has several inducer sizes depending on what manufacturer and application. The one I have is a GTB45 or 4702 with a 70mm inducer. I know I'm late to the game on this post

Thank you. Better last than never right? LOL.

I'm looking for the specs on the Borg Warner version. They are hard to find.

Dumbest mouth breathers to touch the earth…
He's back!!!! Welcome back, Rick! And don't tell me you don't miss driving them big ol' trucks and spottin' beavers and/or seat covers. LMAO

Been a while. Haven't done much with the Freightliner for a few years. Really since Covid. Got busy with other things and didn't have time for it.

Bought a little tractor this spring. Been hauling it around doing some brush hogging for side jobs and at the family camp. Image (1).jpg
