Truckers, lets see your rigs!

Can that thing even turn a corner with all the wheels down?
Yeah, they're all steerable lift axles. Here's. A couple from a local construction company

Yes. I can just haul more weight.
In Arkansas where I work the truck mostly, I'm legal for 73,500.
Ok and Mo I'm only legal for 63 or 63.5

Around me, unless you're in a city that has a commercial zone, you only see 10 wheelers, tri-axles, and quads.

My empty weight is 27k full of fuel so on my normal spots I can net 23-24 ton a round.

Did my last pictures post?

With where the drives are I bet it can barely make a corner with the pushers up LOL

Speaking of... in Illinois they have spread axles. Should try turning one of those gems. The drives are a mile apart from each other. Pushes through the damn steer tires on a concrete truck in gravel or wet roads.

Canadian spread!

Canadian spread!

Canadians used to run a 60" drive spread but I don't see many anymore. In Ohio a 54" spread used to let you have 1000# more on the drives vs the standard 52" but now even that doesn't matter for steel permits.

I'd love to find an A model kenworth with a driptroit, but it would have to be a 12v71 for me to buy it

I would love to own that, looks like a baby Cummins under the hood eh?

It's stashed in the weeds of a dairy around here, not sure if it he bought it as a collectible or if it's just and old farm truck that was no longer useful

Not a Detroit and not for that money.
There are 2 or 3 FLCs up for auction next month, have my eye on them

I agree with you. I'd love to find an aluminum good for my FLC in the worst way, but I'm not gonna pay a fortune for it either.

What are they worth then? I'm not interested in selling mine but always curious to know what they're worth.

I really like that truck!! Always drawn to single cab trucks seems to follow over to day cabs :hehe:

I also enjoy the chit outta that truck.

Thanks guys! I love this picture because of the big yellow motor. I don't understand why guys want to paint their engines to match the truck. I love the big yellow piece of iron sticking out against the black and red.

I have some changes planned for the winter, both cosmetically and power wise. Believe it or not I am considering 7" stacks but my wallet will be the determining factor....
