Well go to a few dyno's where people make more than 500 hp and see how long the run lasts. Youll prove yourself wrong. I have a few video's of dyno runs and they are about 4-8 seconds long.

Chris Werner's dyno (Maddogs old one) and Dunbars are Dynojet 248's. They are enertia dynos, not load. Any vehicle making over 600 hp will spin the dyno in a handfull of seconds. A 1000+ hp run will be a second or two.
