so i did 456/820 hp/tq today, with everything in my sig.... this number feels really low, and is actually very disapointing for me. i was expecting way more then that. whats wrong? tell me what you guys think.
 
Seems like 370s would be too small for a 13mm pump. And 18* timing seems low. What kind of boost are you making?
 
i really need bigger injectors, but im only 17 and dont have alot of money. the truck smokes like a freight train though, its getting plenty of fuel. and my turbo didnt lite till 2800 rpm
 
i have my plate all the way back, my afc spring as tight as it will go, and with 370's.
 
what you think like 24* timing? and im saving for some 5x.020's or something around there
 
5x.020 is to much injector for an s300

this is how I would set it up if it were mine

time it around 26-30 (start around 26 and go up from there)
some 5x.018 or some ddp comps the nozzel ddp uses seems to work better for a street injector that an edm'd factory nozzel
ditch the cuts for 181's and roll it again
if it still has to much fuel replace the 0 plate with a plate with more material on it that will further limit rack travel. also a plate that brings on the fuel more gradual may help hp like a 100 profile
 
Get a 12mm pump and ditch the lazer cuts and you will do alot better. Also ditch the 370's they arent the right spray pattern so more timing and you wont be keeping the fuel in the bowl.
 
Keep the 13mm pump, get some better injectors, 5x.016s would be good enough I think, and try some 181s in it. You still running the stock lift pump?
 
yes stock lift pump... but its still keeps FP at 32psi at WOT. and my plan is to throw a S480 under the silver bullet, also gonna bump my timing. ill throw my 181's back in and see how it runs. thanks guys

different injectors should be one of the cheaper purchases for ya... considering everything else in your sig...

age has little to do with being able to scrap up some money for a set of ddp 4's, or dragon fly's or dragon flows, especially if you have a 13mm pump which is probably completely unecessary.

I completely agree. You can fork out the money for a 13mm pump but you can't fork out anything for better injectors. Your younger then I am and have more money into your pump then I have into my entire truck(not including purchase price) right now.
 
my pump isnt like a crazy schied 13mm pump... i just had 13mm P&B put in and had them mess with the rack travel, it has 21mm of travel... i didnt spend $3000+ i spent like $900... and injectors are my next thing, and as being 17 means im still in school so i cant work full time so i dont make to much money to buy $1000 injectors, thats alot of money for me to "scrap up"
