very disapointing numbers...

Jr. everyone on here that owns a 12v has put there time in to making the power there making, its not as easy as putting a turbo and chip on and some injectors and now you have 600hp.Pump tuning is key,you put that turbo on and that pump and cut your delivery valves and where thinking 700hp your wrong its not that easy. I can set you up with some dyno time to start tuning your truck in to see where you can get it, or let me or Bret at lcd or call Brad Ponci so we can get it tuned up where you want it. We all told you what we would do for starters get those delivery valves out and run some 181's or 191's for starters and see how it acts.
 
it usually hits hard at 2500 rpm maybe a tad sooner, i have a full port and polished head... and whiteknight im gonna try the brake thing next time... and no boost leaks, checked all that. and i have a 2095 plug, my pump has 21mm of rack travel. afc is modded alittle, spring all the way tight and smoke screw in all the way

smoke screw all they way in? Which means you werent running an afc on that dyno run.

Combo of no afc and full cuts on a dyno is a bad combo.
 
alright thanks drake, im gonna see if adam will let me switch dv's and she how it runs... then go from there, and your right i was expecting more, and thats why i got mad. but now i no what i need to do. gonna be spending some time next few days getting everything sorted out. and ill call you about the dyno time, because im getting new injectors 5x.018's. so will give them a try.

i would get out to the track to see what your truck really makes for hp... my truck makes more than 552 like it dynoed. 108-109 traps at 6860 that is closer to 600hp my turbo had trouble lighting so don't start ripping everything apart until you see what your ET's are
 
ya thats a good idea, the local track is opening up soon. i just neeed a new front driveline now haha

Where going to sac this saturday to test and tune so get that driveline in and do some tuning down the track.
 
Test and Tune this Saturday they run from 12-4:30 or so. 50$ for a tech card 10$ per spectator. We hope to have 2 Duramax's in the 11's and Drake is going... should be a good afternoon.
 
drake, hopefully ill get the driveline in next week... dont have the money for it, because i broke the yoke and the cv... and the driveline isnt salvageable. so i need new everything, im getting everything together now.
 
im in the same boat as you man. my 13mm pump is from industrial. i have no problem lighting that silver bullet on mine tho. im gnna try putting a different cam plate in the pump( #6 plate came with it) try pulling the 0.93 lines off and put the stock ones back on. and if that doesnt do it try some tamer delivery valves. my truck doesnt start smoking like BAD till i hit 40+ lbs of boost lol. heres my dyno vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8jUh5KcV-zA
