Those seem low for some reason, I made 438hp with 110hp ddp's and a A3000 edge comp box, Arc Flow intake and FASS 150...
 
I am going to agree and say those numbers look a little low. I am hoping for 425-450 with my set up. which is 110's, 62/14, edge j/a, and fp at 15idle and 10 wot. some will say my BHAF will hold me back but well see.
 
When I dynoed yesterday with just the comp box the smoke was terrible! With the Smarty stacked and the timing at the moderate setting was the 446#. I have beed scared to try the Extreme timing setting with the comp stack.This truck always responded to more timing. I have tried 5 different injectors and 5 different turbos but I just started to dyno with this setup. I would like to break the 500RWHP. Just leary with no studs. I love this turbo but I think I am going to try to go back to a larger one.
 
Don't be too worried...I run my SPS62 up to 45psi all the time without studs. ANd I make 474 with the Edge on 5x5 and the old Smarty software on 9.
 
Congrats on the numbers! Whatchu been up to? I heard there's some dyno event out in Lafayette tomorrow (2141pete told me about it). There's also some races in Gulfport tomorrow and they're having a diesel class for the first time ever. You oughta bring that rag over here. :D
 
With the A4000 turbo and 100hp sticks I would make 56psi peak but 54 average.
 
OH ok..I have miy wastegate set to 45 and use the juice to defuel at 45 as well.

I thought there was only some realy locals comming.It is at my friends shop with no flow thru ventalation and I ran them all out.:hehe:
He said man I never saw so much smoke. I wish I would have put old blue on their when I had it,the neighbors would have called the fire department!:rockwoot: I work a mile from there and left one time in Blue and got to work and the smoke was comming over the trees still.:evil
Guess I ought to put some studs and a all billet trans and get it over with so I can put my normal full Coon Tune on this thing.:kick:
I do not know any of this lightly tuned stuff,only all out.:what:
Call me if you come to Lafayette.
I think it is going to be mostly common rails with programmers.
