What do you guys think of these slicks?

If anyone comes across some cheap 15" rim slicks that are taller than 27", let me know, my current 27" slicks have me gear bound.

Maybe I should upgrade the governor springs in my pump so I can fuel to 4500 RPM. That would fix all of my gear bound problems!
