Well my motor is about to go back into my 94 rcsb but I cant decide which turbo/turbos to put on it. The truck is just a street/strip toy that I would like to see mid 11's out of.
Truck:
94 rcsb 1/2 ton 2wd
215 pump (480 cc) w/4ks, 7mm comp dvs
5x.016 injectors
60 lb valvesprings
overtorqued stock headbolts
airdog 150
built 47rh
weighs in right around 5k lbs

Turbos I have to choose from:
64/65/13ss wastegated from htt
63/68/.91 non wastegated from ed
75/83/1.10 t6 -could use with this housing in twins
75/83/.90 t4 -this housing as single
Have stainless diesel t4 manifold and some spray that can make its way on there if needed

A friend of mine has a small shop (Matt Wells) and has installed a couple of the 64 htt you listed. Very impressed with how quick they spooled and ran.

You can buy a S366/73/.91 T-4 for $750, non-gated. Will support 750hp and spool very well.

I just pulled a billet 66/74/14 off my half ton, its ran 11.90 @117 and made 58psi with the combo being Darren Morrison 160 pump(unknown dv's and said to be a mild plate because I havent touched the pump yet), Westons 5x14's, 18-20* of timing, stock cam. Basically much less agressive tune then I feel like your trying to put together. I just went to a s467 and a spool valve. It now makes 64psi. Im not sure what it will accomplish at the track now but it sure drives good..I feel this combo spools faster than the 66 did. I got some better drag tires but they only made two passes and spun on the rim and pulled the valve stem off the tube so I am going to screw the bead for the next time to the track..

I'll probably be testing a 76/83/.90 on one in about a week(when my spoolvalve shows up), till I get my 67.7. My guess is drive will be pretty high.

thats what im afraid of, i have heard the 67.7 with that turbine/housing does real well though

i have been looking for some more air also, im thinking going the 472/83/.9 t4 with a spool valve but have not completely made my mind up yet. my setup is real close to yours but im still on a 160 pump but with a 5x20 injector.

What converter, tires, and rear suspension?

Its a very tight suncoast converter that was in the truck, 315/60r15 mt et street radial, will have caltracs and qa1 shocks. Stock rear as of now with 3.55 gears

My original plan was to build twins with the 64/65/13 and 75/83/1.10
